To Newsweek Magazine and Reuters,                                    August 12, 2006

I am faxing the both of you a Reuters article that states according to a Newsweek poll Bush has a 55 percent approval rating when it comes to security.  As you will see the Reuters article clearly states that it was the British that foiled this terror plot.  So, either Newsweek’s poll is skewed in favor of Bush or you Newsweek did not ask the right question(s).

By the way when this was going down Bush was on yet another vacation and only gave a tough sounding speech at a Wisconsin airport on his way to what he does best heading to a fundraiser.  Oh and where was Tony Blair?  In the Caribbean on holiday and according to a BBC Channel 4 news cast, one reporter even stated had the “Prime Minister knew the seriousness of this plot; he would not have gone on holiday”

Okay, the American people are watching for the next terror plot to arrive just in time for Election Day so that Americans will act like suckers running back to the GOP as if saying, “Save me” Oh please if they do that, then they deserve the GOP.

Gee was Karl Rove over in England on holiday?  That man sure is busy these days.

Regards,

Mary MacElveen
